ANNOUNCEMENT From Pastor Roger Freckleton: Good evening AFB family, grace, mercy and peace from God The father, and our lord Jesus Christ. ... This Sunday the 22/11/2020 unfortunately we won’t be able to meet as a group,Due to the high rise of the covid 19 cases in Ontario, and the city of Toronto. Base on the recommendation of the federal and provincial government, the number of person per gathering has fallen to 10 persons indoor and outdoor, in peel and Toronto. AFB Canada will be closing down all in person services effective immediately. As of this moment we don’t know when it will be before we’ll be able to assembly together as a church. However we will proceed on the Prayer line for all services, Until farther notice. To God be the glory, the church is not lost, it’s not dead, it’s not sick, it’s not crippled, she can not be stop, or put out of service because She is alive and well. Jesus said in (Matt 16:18) upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Covid-19 is here, and it doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon. It is all over the world. It is in many of our families and has taken the lives of many our loved ones. I encourage you beloveth ones let us be careful, be cautious, be wise and practical in what we do. Follow the guidelines set out by the ministry of health your local public health services. For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2 Tim 1:17) Let’s not forget who we are and to whom we belong. Know that I am praying for you and for our church families . I am praying for our leaders and for those who will make life altering decisions throughout this country and the world. I am praying for our pastors and for our congregations and for God’s Holy Spirit to protect us as a church. The apostle Paul, in his letter to the Philippians said Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
