Meet Sarah Sarah is a recent graduate of the four-year Bachelor of Interior Design program at Algonquin College. Since childhood, Sarah had always dreamed of working in the Interior Design industry, and one day, designing residential spaces. Outside of working in the design industry, Sarah loves to spend her time travelling, cooking, reading, doing puzzles, and spending time with her friends and family. This is Giovanna (... or Giova!) Born and raised in Venezuela, Giovanna came from a family with Italian roots. (...Perhaps her love for baking came from her ancestry). Since a young age, her spark for creativity has been at the core of her persona; influenced by her mix of cultures and backgrounds. Pursuing a better life and better professional opportunities, Giovanna moved to Canada in 2008. ... She started chasing her design career at Algonquin College with a Bachelor of Interior Design and in 2015, after graduation, she has begun her journey at Astro. Giovanna’s philosophy is to design spaces that are not only beautiful but also functional for clients’ needs. One of her favourite incorporations is the mix of textures in finishes that are eye-catching, but complementary to the overall design of the space. We can say that Giovanna is a local business lover! You have a chance of running into her at local restaurants, coffee shops, flower shops and food markets. #astrodesigncentre #meettheteam
