This morning, stage director Renaud Doucet (Atelier 96-98) was live from Germanywhere he is currently working on Die Fledermaus at the Staatsoper Hamburgto give an online workshop for our artists-in-residence. The Atelier offers a 360 training to its artists in residence. This season, we have built a tight-knit team, a Core Team, around them by inviting Rachel Andrist, Head Coach, Ariane Girard / Mezzo-soprano / Professeur de chant, Renaud Doucet, Stage Director and Guillaume Dulude - PSYCOM, PhD, Doctor in Neuropsychology and Life Coach. In addition to the team of seasoned professionals who take part in the training on a regular basis, these 4 coaches will put their expertise... at the service of a common objective: to develop powerful tools and a precise and singular plan for each artist, favoring the definition and the achievement of objectives while developing strategy and methodology, charisma and leadership, to embrace a high-level professional career. We participated in the first workshop offered by Guillaume Dulude, PhD, international speaker, personal coach of leaders and athletes, trainer specializing in communication strategies and leadership development.
