In a follow up to our Horizon post. I would like everyone to meet our meat cutter for the last 30 years Roy Hillman. Roy personally cut all 755 boxes of the Horizon steaks plus kept up with all of our other steak and ground beef orders. Everybody has a hero, well ours is Roy Hillman.

Horizon T-Bones Once again thank-you everyone who helped us make this event a huge success. We sold 755 boxes of T-bones for the month of May plus we took in another $20 in donations giving us a total of $3795 raised for the Horizon Achievement Center. Thank you for your support and Thank You to the Horizon Achievement Center for the amazing work you do!
