The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills and above all this candidate must be a team player. Job duties will include but are not limited to: Serving customers in-store, over the phone or through other digital mediums for their requested parts, accessories, or apparel. Ensure the showroom and part...s department are tidy and organized. Inventory control Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills are particularly important for this role. The successful applicant will need to be able to explain the features and benefits of our products, so the customer not only sees the value in the product, but they walk away satisfied with their experience. Effective time management skills. Ability to work under pressure especially during our busiest seasons. Previous experience in a customer service role will be an asset. Intermediate computer skills are required. Ability to lift 50lbs is required. Highschool education or equivalent is required. Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + commission. Wage and percentage of commission to be determined based on experience. Previous experience in the powersports industry or experience using LightSpeed EVO Point of Sale System is an asset. Training will be provided. We want someone to join our team that is passionate about the Yamaha brand.
