Unfortunately the Government has decided that we will be closed until the new year for any classes, grappling, and kickboxing. I will however be offering Personal training privates which include ,Strength & Conditioning, mobility training, post rehabilitation, and nutrition. These sessions are 1 on 1, or groups from same household only. Contact me to book sessions.

Unfortunately we are no longer allowed to run classes at all until guidelines for Martial Arts are provided. I will update everyone on how we can move forward with some sort of training later this week.

Well....it has happened again. The BC government has decided that the entire province must stop fitness/martial arts classes due to rising covid numbers in the lower mainland. I will let everyone know this weekend how we will proceed. We will be offering private training at a discounted rate for current students. And accommodations will be made for students that have paid for the month.

Jeremy is a great fighter, and a great Person, happy to see him in Bellator! Fun fact...Jeremy was 3-1 in the UFC, with his only loss to current Champ Alex Volkanovski. So he will definitely be a contender from day 1!!

Atlantis MMA Grappling includes Gi BJJ, as well as Nogi grappling, Taught by BJJ Blackbelt and standout wrestler Robert Wickie. No Gi grappling will include specific tecniques including takedowns, striking into takedowns, as well as striking on the ground.

Bukwas is in town

We have Chris "Bukwas" Anderson showing some MMA striking tecniques all this week. 5pm tues/thurs Noon Wed/fri . Contact us for details if you are interested in coming out.

Just a reminder that Atlantis MMA striking classes are separate from Atlantis Taekwondo striking classes. We focus on Kickboxing/Muay Thai and Striking for MMA including Striking into Takedowns, and Ground and pound tecniques. Focus is on tecniques that work in combat situations, as well as MMA, and Kickboxing competition.

September Schedule: Kickboxing: tues/thurs 5pm Sunday 10am. Gi BJJ: tues/thurs 6pm Sunday 12pm... Hey everyone, We will be opening on Monday may 25th for private training, and small group circuit training with Covid rules in place. Training will be by appt only. And no spectators allowed. There will be no Borrowing/sharing gear unless from same household. Handwashing before and after training will be enforced. Hand sanitizer will be available during training, as well as disinfectant to wipe down bags/BOB and any other equipment after use. Space will be limited to 8 people maximum in order to maintain distancing. Contact directly to book training.

Not sure how the Judges gave this round to Keith's opponent..... or the 2nd round....his opponent did nothing in the fight.We Have received an incredible amount of messages saying the judges got it wrong. Can't leave it in the hands of the judges if you want to guarantee victory. But would like to see consistent judging!

The Champ will be in town training and meeting with Youth in the community through the Bukwas Foundation. He will be available for private training as well on a limited basis. Contact us for details!
