During this difficult COVID-19 crisis ATS and Bell remain open, however in order to follow recommendations on social distancing, we are restricting access of customers and visitors to the Bell Store and the ATS office at 270 Bruce Street. We ask our customers to reach us by phone or email instead of visiting our store or office in person. Although we are limiting face-to-face contact to ...ensure the health and safety of all, we remain open for business. We are available to help with any needs you may have. Bell store appointments can be made and/or product can be prepared and be made ready for you to pick up at our door. ATS inquiries and services can also be provided for and appointments made. Payments can be accepted by e-transfers, online payments and direct CICB bank transfer. We also accept Visa or Mastercard. As we continue to monitor the unforeseen situation that is present with the coronavirus (Covid 19) going forward these will be the new Bell Store and Device Doctors Hours. Monday to Friday 8:30am 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday Closed... We would also like to offer you cellular, internet and fibe/satellite assistance via telephone at 705-759-8999 ext. 2 and can arrange convenient at the door pickup of product at 270 Bruce Street. ATS will continue to be open the above hours as well to assist our customers and support the Essential Services in our city.
