We understand that you will probably not want to wait around in our reception and we fully support that. If you do decide to wait on your vehicle, please keep a safe distance from other custom...ers and staff. If you need to use our washroom, PLEASE wash and dry your hands thoroughly. But please do NOT steal our toilet paper; it's worth its weight in gold and is most likely irreplaceable! :-) If the work to your vehicle can't wait and you are in an at risk category, or if you are self isolating, please call and we will pick up and return your vehicle to your home. We will wipe down any areas in or on your vehicle that we touch with an antibacterial cleaner - before and after service - to protect us and you. We are temporarily removing the use of our free loaner vehicle and our free tea / coffee / water facilities. We apologise for any inconvenience, but safety is our first priority. We fully appreciate how important it is to have transport. If your income has been affected by the repercussions of COVID-19 and this affects your ability to complete vital repairs to your vehicle, come and talk to us. We will work with you to find a solution that keeps your vehicle on the road - we have access to various financing solutions and we will do everything we can to try to find one that works for you. Deja Vu?? Nope, it really is more construction outside our shop. Yip they really are cutting out brand new sidewalk and brand new tarmac!! ATCO is replacing gas lines in our area so please take care around the construction zone. There will be men working and potentially open workings. We have been assured that there will be no road closures but if anyone remembers the circus we endured last year then you'll understand our trepidation. This project beggars belief for us as ...no one at the Town or ATCO can tell us why this wasn't done last year when the entire street was a gaping chasm for 4 months! So if anyone wants to discuss the challenges of operating a small business in the town I'm happy to offer my experience Seriously we love our town and we live in it as well as operate our business in it, we love all our customers, some of whom work for the Town and they do a great job. Back in the black!! Did you know we do ALL vehicle glass and not just windshields? This customer misjudged when loading his quad into his truck and smashed out his back glass. Oops! The Civic belongs to Stacey, she shared our competition post and showed us her crack to win! the Journey belonged to Greg who won his in a raffle after we donated to the local motorcycle club who were having a fundraiser for the local veteran's. NOT THE KIND OF PICK UP WE WANTED TO SEE TODAY!! We need your help. We have an ongoing issue with someone allowing their dog to poop around our premises. We go out of our way to make sure that all areas where we work and where our customers access is kept clean and safe. We do not appreciate having to pick up someone else's mess. Please share this far and wide and hopefully the person responsible will see it and learn from it. We do have their images on our CCTV so we know it's the same culprit every time. We want to send a warning this time but if it continues then we will shame them on social media AND report them to by-law.
