Catering tonight!!!! We took a culinary trip to Alsace, a small town in the north of France. First a Fromage Blanc and Berry Tart... Followed by lemon and orange carnival beignets. And last from this region but certainly not least....the Brioche Streusel cake, served up with 2 kinds of whipped cream. And just to round out the evening.
