Hello folks, Long post alert......With a very heavy heart, book n bean will say goodbye to Aldergrove today at 5:00pm. So many great memories made here! Clyde dropping in saying he went and paid some bills, us making him giggle every time asking him if he paid ours.....Brian dropping off the local paper every Thursday and picking out a treat on the house for delivery payment, Taya going from a pre-teen hiding behind the small bookcases and watching people sing at our open-mic... nights to belting the music out and engaging the audience and creating a music group with Ryan Barnes, Karen and Sid every second Friday watching Taya proudly, Harold and the Wednesday morning men's group, how we loved your lively banter for 3 years, and Tina bringing the ladies in every few months, Lee, dropping by for coffee, buying goodies and lotsa chit chat and gifts for our granddaughter, Shirley and the boys, oh Shirley, really gonna miss our chats, you are a great human and there should be more like you around, Ethan (Liam the playwright), Julian (the poet), Paige (vanilla coffee :) Connor and Julie....we loved being your 3rd place, I wish you were all my kids and thank you guys for all your support and great chats, Tom, you wont see this because you don't do fb but we were so happy to be here for you, Cory and Jim, keep on walking my friends, Stephanie at Strawberry Hills for all the great karma, Tara for lemon coconut bars and chats, Sonya, coffee for the office and friendship, Christine for tea, cook books and friendship, Paul, who created our beautiful wooden coffee sign and came in 5 days a week for forever for a large coffee, Christine for your Xhot, decaf daily large lattes, Peter F. popping in to get a few new reads like clockwork every month, Andrea, pursuing your dreams of the Arts and iced Chai, Frank and Evelyn with curly, Angela and iced mochas, DECAF!....lol, to AJ, thanks for being a great landlord, Liam, who organized our books every Wednesday, Brie, for making customers feel like family and Patricia for making beautiful music.
