If you love people (especially moms & babies), have sales experience and are comfortable with using social media, we would love to hear from you.... *You must be a salesperson extraordinaire, helping our customers find exactly what they are looking for. Knowing what is currently in our consignment section, how our denim fits, how to fit a nursing bras and how to put together a baby shower gift in 3 minutes flat are the skills that are required. We will put you through training but you must love people, be a problem solver and know how to handle a fast paced work environment in this new Covid world we are all living in where safety and precautions are extremely important. Ideally you have been a customer and know why we are successful. You will take a lead role in helping to execute our social media and online sales strategy on a daily basis. You do not need to be an expert as we will provide training, but you must be very comfortable with technology and familiar with many different social media platforms. Strong writing skills are required. Days are negotiable but at a minimum we would need you in the store three weekdays per week, 15-25 hours a week. There is a minimum of one weekend shift per month. We are flexible and generous with vacation time. And yes, we get it - this isn't the perfect schedule for moms but unfortunately the needs of the business mean that we will not consider anyone who doesn't have the weekday shifts available. Our hours are currently 11am to 5pm.
