Over the past weekend, Dr. Chris Grant hiked 70.2km to complete the Caledon Hills section of the Bruce Trail with a few friends. This was an initiative to raise awareness and help address the environmental challenges we face! Their fundraiser for Greenpeace raised over $1700. Welcome back! Thank you for your emails, phone calls, social media messages, and drop-in visits. Our wonderful staff are doing their best to get to everyone’s messages as quickly as possible, we thank you for your patience and look forward to seeing you in the clinic soon! There are a few new protocols in place, with health and safety as our top priority. Rest assured, we have gone above and beyond the mandated protocols to ensure protection of all of our patients and staff. ...NOTE: Please do not arrive for any appointment if you have any symptoms, have recently tested positive for COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone who has symptoms or has been confirmed with COVID-19. There will be no cancellation fees if you suddenly become unwell or are experiencing symptoms prior to your appointment, we will be more than happy to reschedule you for another time Face masks must be worn at all times. If you do not have one, our clinic has some available for purchase. Strict handwashing and sanitation procedures have been implemented. Please use hand sanitizing stations upon entering the clinic. You will be asked COVID 19 screening questions when booking your appointment and will be required to sign a questionnaire on your initial visit, acknowledging that you meet the screening requirements. The clinic space has been redesigned to accommodate social distancing. We ask you to please respect these rules and maintain a distance of 2m or more whenever possible. The reception area has a Plexiglas barrier to provide a separation between our front desk and staff and yourself. Please follow their instructions. Whenever possible, upon arrival please look after your billing and booking your next appointment. Contactless payment is preferred (debit/credit) For those that cannot attend the clinic, or for conditions that do not require a physical consultation, telehealth visits are here to stay! We are beyond excited to begin serving the community we love once again. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
