With cold weather in the forecast I want to send a reminder to all of our customers about winter care of your hot tub unit. The hot tubs still perform well in winter conditions but they do require a little extra care to ensure you don't freeze your heater or pump. When the heater unit is not turned on make sure the ball valves on the tub are closed and unscrew the water lines from the bottom of the heater to allow water to drain out.... The water pump should have the filter canister unscrewed to let the water drain from the filter and pump.
