1 year ago today... @corrienteswpg generously opened their home for us to Pop Up and meet you for the first time. We had no idea what to expect and if anyone would even come. Imagine our surprise as we unlocked the front doors... and discovered that you had LINED UP down the block! ... You waited for your fresh and hot bagels as we rolled, seeded and baked as fast as we could... you were patient and kind and almost as excited as we were! In less than 2 hours, we sold out. We truly could not believe it. And this overwhelming response was just the beginning... What a year it’s been... we are so grateful for the support we’ve received as we got our dream off the ground and into reality. Here at Bagelsmith, we know girls run the world We’re huge supporters of Women’s Health Clinic - a feminist, non-profit community health clinic that provides comprehensive, non-judgmental reproductive health services, individual and group counselling, eating disorder prevention and recovery, prenatal and parenting workshops. Such essential services!!! They’re also near and dear to our hearts as midwives provided exceptional care to our fam...ily as we brought our sons into the world. So we’re thrilled to support @whcwpg annual fundraising initiative culminating on March 8, International Women’s Day. Between March 2 - March 8, $1 from every bulk bagel purchase will go to the Women’s Health Clinic. We’ll be delivering anywhere inside city limits on Tuesday - Saturday between 5-9 pm. ... (We cannot guarantee times other than this window - it will depend on the day’s other orders and how our route optimizer sorts out!
