Hello! We’re going to get back to posting more, as you can imagine getting back into a routine with the new added protocols has taken some time and that has been our focus. Our children are doing great and we’re so happy to be in the classroom again. #preschool#preschoolactivities#earlychildhoodeducation#grimmswoodentoys

That’s a wrap as what will always be known as a crazy and unique school year to say the least. If you would have told us a few months ago we’d have to adapt quickly and figure out how we would move forward our year virtually we wouldn’t have believed you. We all had to get creative and push our comfort zones. We wanted a way to keep that sense of community in a time where I think we all needed it. Not just the children but the parents and teachers too. So we made it up as we... went along. Instagram/Facebook pictures and videos, weekly zoom circle times, emails with activity ideas, getting creative with a way to wrap up the year, get everyone their belongings and celebrate preschool graduation. We can’t believe what we’ve all done the last few months and we’re so impressed with everyone’s ability to adapt, especially our preschoolers. I hope we never forget that when times get tough community is so important, where ever that may be. Baker’s Corner Preschool community, you rock! And also to our Parent Participation Preschools of B.C. community who were navigating how to move the year forward just like us you rock too! See more

Congratulations to our graduating preschool class of 2020! We managed to pull off a little social distancing celebration outside for our kids and we are so thankful we were able to. It’s a memory they can look back on one day for high school graduation and beyond. Proud of you all!
