I absolutely love making salads in abundance that I have in the fridge to just throw in a bowl day after day! As long as it's healthy I don't tire of the Same thing! This is a great recipe to mix up! I spiralized these veggies on Sunday and made the dressing and quinoa! Still eating for lunch 3 days later! If I have time I roast the chickpeas the Moroccan spices so they are crispy! Yum!

DIY Lip Balm! Brayden has always been a little obsessive about buying Lip Stuff.. he always wants me to buy it! Yesterday i promised him that instead of buying the pack of 4 he wanted we'd MAKE OUR OWN! Being a Mom of my Word, Sometimes, we took on this project this morning! Fortunately i had all the ingredients!! LIP BALM is VERY EASY to Make! I can now attest to that! : ) And guess what .. no SLS, Parabens and any other Toxins! ... I let him choose the oils and he always gravitates to ROSEMARY and he also choose JOY and PEPPERMINT... we opted not to use the cocoa in the recipe as i wasn't sure kids would like it.

Brayden was at it again making his own concoctions! Pardon the 4 year old "know it all" Attitude! He's showing you how easy it is to make your own Orange salad dressing! So i decided to make this recipe with the leftover orange. Top Any salad combo with dressing, nut and goat cheese.. they never disappoint! ... Prepping SUPPER, One of my favs is TACO Salad. Ground beef and Bison cooked with Homemade TACO seasoning thrown on tons of Romaine lettuce and raw veggies! Topped with cheese and salsa.. maybe a little sour cream too! A little Ningxia Zyng to be enjoyed during the prep work ; )

REUSE.... I realized today how my favorite THIEVES Veggie Spray bottle is great for making samples of my Amazing HAIR Tonic Recipe! Just a few drops of Rosemary, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Cedarwood and Lemongrass essential oils and water... Add a little Vitamin E to make it a detangler! I use in my kids hair Daily! So if you'd like to try a Sample let me know and I'll hook you up! I've got a few of these little empties now to go along with my clean, pesticide-free veggies!! Brayden and I made Frankincense and lavender coconut oil cream this morning for my info session today! He's such a great helper! 1-2 drops of Frankincense per tablespoon and 1 drop of lavender and stir! So easy! Frankincense is one of my favorite oils for all over my body especially face, breasts and anything that is healing or I want to look younger! ; )

What a way to teach kids to be proud and positive! Need to start this with my kids! Love this!

First Day Grade 1 at a New school.. So proud of her!

Well it's that time of year! Back to School! This year, this is very different for me as I'm now at home with kids Full time! I'm going to be honest.....I'm looking forward to it in some ways but Brayden will really miss Maelle as he is only 3 half days..... And I will miss her! Today I woke up worked out ( Insanity Max 30 Friday night Fight) and then got breakfast (oatmeal) and lunch made! These #planetbox are pretty cool! First time packing them! Kids are I attended a new fam info session at school and then all eat our lunch at the playground before meet the teacher! Fun Day! Maelle is looking forward to Grade 1!

Brayden wants to make EVERYTHING on his own... And wants everything OF his own! This morning he wanted to make his own roller bottle ... He was filling an empty with water so we decided to make a Blend of his own... He went through my YL Essential oils and choose 4 and topped with V6 carrier oil. Here's what we ended up with! KIDS JUST KNOW much like Animals.. We are all born with amazing instincts...that GUT feeling but we seem to be stripped of this ability over time! Trust your instincts! I'm going to be doing a MOOD rollerball make and take.....comment if interested!
