The definition of ‘relaxing’ according to the Oxford dictionary ... ‘The state of reducing tension and anxiety.’ Did you know that your toes can help you to ach...ieve relaxation? By tensing and then relaxing your toes, you can help your whole body become calm. Lie comfortably on your back and close your eyes. Tense and flex all your toes upwards and hold them there for a count of ten. Then release them and count to ten. Now, scrunch them inward toward each other for a count of ten.
