Changes to classes should be finalized today. Parents/ Caregivers should also be receiving a letter from the school with more information for the start of school next week.

To book your spot for retrieving your child's belongings from the school, please follow this link: https://www.hwdsb.on.ca/whballard/booking-calendar/ Masks are not required during your appointment, it's your choice of you'd like to wear one or not. ... Appointments are allotted in 15 minute time slots. The school asks for you to be prompt and not line up as to practice social distancing.

Important Notice from HWDSB: Beginning Monday June 1st at 6am, a link will be posted for families to sign up for a 15 minute visit to their schools to retrieve personal items. There are morning, afternoon, and evening time slots available. This access will begin on Thursday June 4th. Learn more at: hwdsb.on.ca/picking-up-personal-belongings... The next week or two starts a new chapter in public education. There is a huge learning curve that students, and teachers will be navigating together. As we embark on this thing called eLearning, please refrain from publicly scrutinizing your child’s teachers for the way they are teaching or the lessons they are assigning. Also, if you have not heard from your child’s teacher yet, know that they’re working with the ministry, board and colleagues trying to figure out how ...to best offer an equitable education for all of their students. Please offer grace to your child’s teacher and other school personnel. I promise that educating your children is still their #1 priority.
