RISE & SHINE SUNSHINERS! Powder calls. We’re waking up to another 12 cm of Canada’s Best Snow!

Few weeks back I shared an image of grizzly M122, taken during a snow storm in November. Later that day I got to see him again. This time the there was no falli...ng snow, he was several kilometres from where I saw him that morning. I was on top of a hill, watching him moving across the valley bottom. He looked very healthy, ready for the coming winter. It was the last time I saw him and more than likely he has been sleeping for over a month now. He's around 20 year of age, past his prime but still playing a important role in the Bow Valley and beyond and always a exciting bear to see. See more
