On feature tonight and tomorrow, the best tomatoes from @stoneyparadisefarm. Dressed simply, as these need no additions they're so good. Just some olive oil, sea salt and herbs we have on hand.

Eric Texier once was a nuclear physicist, but turned towards the vineyard and now makes exceptional Rhône wines. This is St Julien en St Alban, one of his iconic bottlings of old vine Serine, an ancient name for Syrah. A lot of hard work goes into these vines from the 1930s. Nothing added. We're proud to have this on the menu!

Le Piane is a beautiful, elegant red from Boca in the upper reaches of Piedmont. Old vines of historical significance, restored lovingly in the 90s by Christophe Kuenzli. Nebbiolo and croatina, with 10 other local varieties with vines of up to 100 years old. Nothing added except a minimal amount of sulphur at bottling. Such a beautiful wine. Come see us today and tomorrow.

This vintage of Rouillon is tasting amazing! We've always loved Thierry Puzelat's wines and are super excited to have this on our opening list. Equal parts Gamay and Pinot Noir from Cheverny in the Loire Valley of France, this wine is all earth, leather and cherries. So, so delicious.
