Just took on a new client, providing our Property Watch services and discovered this leak on the water purification system. We contacted the owner in Vancouver to report, lined up and met the plumber onsite. It is advised to turn the UV light off while absent as the seal heats up and starts to distort which can cause a leak. Left undiscovered can cause a larger problem, plus wasting the life of the light when not in use!
