Just finished our first virtual pulmonary rehab program at work. I got to watch this transformation first hand. You are NEVER too old to start exercising.

Great news...since the number of cases in Halton Hills remain relatively low, we will return to our "safe" numbers at the barre as of this Saturday, November 14. Let me know if you would like to come!
