Let’s come out of this even stronger than we already are! Take this time to take even better care of YOU! Dial in your nutrition habits, sleep habits and stay active as possible at home or outside. Keep your immune system strong by working on your physical, mental and spiritual (however that applies to you) health. Limit the amount of news and/or negative content you consume. Fill your time with good news, educational content and good music and humour.... Stay in touch with family and friends. SMILE! Spread that positivity, people need that right now. Let’s all make the most of this unique situation and become a better person, gym, city, province and country from it!
