Barton's Garden 05.10.2020

I am trying a new vegetable to grow this year. It is called Tokyo Bekana and it is in the cabbage family. This is a loose leaf green that can be picked whole or individual leaves. I like this variety because of how it grows really upright on its own and is perfect for super high density planting, fast growing as well. If this plant works out like I hope it will I can increase my average yield per square foot significantly compared to other greens. https://www.westcoastseeds.com/products/tokyo-bekana-organic
