The AGM Minutes are available now @ https://www.rodeobc.com/2020-agm-minutes/ The re-elected Board of Directors are Aaron Palmer, Ty Lytton, Matt O’Flynn, Gord Puhallo, Denise Swampy & Rocky McLeod. Directors with one year remaining are: Steve Lloyd, Carl Hyde, Grayson Winters, Shaylene Tucker, Kelly Walls & Sean Bennett. Thank you to all of the BCRA Director...s for their commitment to the BCRA! Gord Puhallo is the new BCRA President & Aaron Palmer is once again the Vice President. Thank you to all members, volunteers, committees & sponsors for helping keep the cowboy way alive during these uncertain times and season. Stay tuned for exciting updates for 2021!

The 2020 AGM is this Saturday at 11:00am in Williams Lake at the Gibraltar Room. Below are the guidelines we must follow to ensure we have a safe AGM and are within the rental agreement guidelines. *Please enter/exit on the backside of the complex ... *The AGM is open to BCRA voting members only, please do not bring any non voting individuals with you, this is to ensure we are able to follow the 50 attendee maximum requirement *We will have a sign in & hand sanitizer station upon entering the meeting, individual sanitized pens will be provided, along with individual AGM packages, voting cards & nomination slips *All chairs will be 6 ft apart *Masks are not mandatory, but are encouraged *If you exit the meeting, please sanitize your hands upon re-entry The AGM will be in person only, due to a variety of factors there will be no zoom, etc option. The minutes will be posted to the website on Monday. We appreciate your willingness to follow these guidelines, and understand if you cannot attend. We thank you in advance for your understanding on the factors surrounding the AGM.

3rd place winner of the 2020 Polaris Raffle has been presented with the Polaris Generator by locally owned Spectra Power Sports Ltd! This Raffle is vital to the success of the BCRA Polaris Finals- thank you to Polaris, the local BC Dealers and all of you for supporting the 2020 Raffle!
