(Walter Trucking) has been accused quite immensely by previous employees with false accusations and alleged unsubstantiated defamatory remarks, both professional and personal in nature. Walter Trucking takes all allegations very seriously. Baseless allegations and defamatory statements alleged in any means with Walter Trucking and/or Tara Walter and/or employees, have constitutional rights as well as legal obligations via severe financial conseque...nce. Simply put, defamatory post that cannot be substantiated by the individuals making them, will ensue legal action, as the Posts are false, misleading, defamatory and are being made with the intent to injure others, such as the falsification of claims made by Ian Davies and Larry (Shelley) Samoleski, just to name a few. Below is an accusation that was brought forth against Walter Trucking, resulting in the company being awarded damages for an unwarranted claim. Walter Trucking upholds an extreme viewpoint on those engaging in egregious, inappropriate, and in some cases, illegal conduct and reserves the right to take legal action.
