Back by popular demand! We are pleased to announce that Wharf Rats, a tribute to The Grateful Dead, will be back on the Bearly's stage for our New Years Eve Blowout! Anyone who was at the show in October knows how special it was and we couldn't think of a better way to leave 2020 in the dust. This band is seriously incredible and was the most talked about and requested show of the year!

A new option for your Wednesday night enjoyment! Comedy at Bearly’s is back from 8-9pm, hosted by Catherine Robertson and featuring a rotating selection of Halifax’s greatest and latest comics! This week’s feature will be house favourite Steve Mackie! But wait, that’s just the beginning, because from 9pm onward, Lindsay Beaver and Brad Stivers will take the stage as a duo! From Canada and the United States, Lindsay Beaver and Brad Stivers combine the sounds of Texas Blues, W...est Coast Swing, New Orleans RnB and Memphis Soul. Beaver, who was born in Halifax, was nominated for two American Blues Music awards in ‘19 as well as won the Maple Blues Award for Drummer of The Year the same year for the release of her album, Tough As Love on American Blues Label, Alligator Records, she is also the first Canadian ever signed to Alligator Records in it's 50 year history. Stivers released his own album with American Label Vizztone in 17’ and joined Beaver’s band for her Alligator release. They both have held weekly residencies at Antone’s Blues Club in Austin and have toured the world together in Lindsay’s group, now pairing up for a dual-fronted roots music experience.
