Just poured myself a Brett IPA from Brasserie artisanale Gallicus. I'm not a brett fan but Samy won me over with this one. Nice and dry with this sweet tropical fruit finish. Amazing! I'm drinking this great beer in a glass from À La Dérive Brasserie Artisanale. They are great friends with Gallicus and I want to raise my glass to them. They are stuggling right now with their pub being closed. Good luck guys and I can't wait to go have a beer.
