We finished out the year welcoming a fresh new little one on New Years Eve. What a wonderful reminder of the beauty of life and the possibilities ahead. We look forward to all of our babies coming in 2021. Happy New Year everyone!

Hello Beginnings Families! Thank you all so much for your patience and support while we have transitioned to our new space! I know it was a whirlwind move and there was some occasional confusion. We love you all and are working hard to keep things running as smoothly as possible. COVID 19 precautions are still in place. So please continue to screen yourself before attending clinic appointments, wait in your vehicle to be called up and please mask in clinic. We are working hard to maintain the standards of cleaning between clients, so we are occasionally running behind. We appreciate your patience during this time. McMaster University is offering free online treatment workshops for women who have been feeling depressed, down, or anxious after the birth of a baby. These wor...kshops are based on Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) and are being offered as part of a research study. Women will be eligible to participate if they are living in Canada, over the age of 18, and have a baby under 12 months.
