The bad news is that we need to close today. A few of our students are no longer available and we didn't have coverage for today. The good/great news is that 1) You know how you go to Olive Garden and you fight with your family over the chocolate mints you get for dessert? I just received 15 pounds of crushed Andes mints that will be used in new batches of mint chip! and 2) We -finally- (Sept 2nd) will be receiving the tapioca syrup we use in our vegan flavour bases that we ran out of several weeks ago.

Ohhh nice weather this weekend. If you're uptown drop in - we've got both vegan and dairy Pistachio (Thanks again Noble Exotic!), salted caramel, kinda turtle, chocolate fudge brownie, melted chocolate, and a whole bunch of others.

Another shout out.. this time to Noble Exotic. If you visit the Queen Square Market they have a stand where they sell Persian pistachios, raisins and saffron. I'm happy to say that tomorrow (Tuesday) we have a batch of Vegan Pistachio dairy free ice cream made with their wonderful pistachios! We also have more vegan melted chocolate.

Shout out to my darlin' mama for sharing her blueberry cobbler recipe last year. It is SO GOOD! I just made Nanny's Wild Blueberry Cobbler ice cream as well as more Cookies & Cream, Snickers, Coffee Crunch, lemon and vanilla. Germain Street will be closed tomorrow for all sorts of fun and we'll be here scooping from 12-5. (Edited to add snickers and lemon)

Today we have vanilla, cookies and cream, roast banana, lemon, sweet cream, strawberry cheesecake, ricotta fig (although we're getting low), melted chocolate, coffee crunch and now Sylvia's Maple Walnut, Pistachio and Cannoli. Cannoli is our ricotta pistachio ice cream with orange and chocolate. Our pints list is on our "Shop Now" page.
