I just wanted to take a minute and thank you all for your support, kindness and patience during these trying times We understand that there may be frustration with not being able to just walk in and that our schedule is not always the same as we are only working off booked appointments, we are sorry for this but unfortunately with covid it's the safest way for us to continue to operate our salon. We truly appreciate you all so much and one day hopefully soon things will get back to normal. Again we appreciate you all and are so thankful for all of our wonderful guests. To our valued guests; with the announcement that we will be a part of phase 2 with reopening non-essential businesses, Trinity and I are are working diligently at figuring out exactly how we will approach this. With that said, at this time we will not be booking any appointments.. we are checking all appointments that were cancelled because of the closure first and foremost. There are going to be a lot of rules and protocols taking place in order for us to proceed. WorkSafe B...C will be informing us on what exactly needs to be done, and they’re currently working on that now. As soon as we have any updated information, we promise to let everyone know the best we can!! A lot of confusion at this point. So please be patient with us, we miss you all just as much as you do us! Nervous and excited. Just wanted to update our guests as we navigate through these crazy times Shannon and I have been preparing for our return to work, with that being said the goverment has been very vague on a actual open date and our mandated closure is still in affect until may 30th. There has been talk about salons being able to open sooner but we are still waiting on deliveries for supplies to be able to safely operate. We have decided that we will not be able to be fully operational un...til June first. We are planning on being in the week prior for taking appointments. We ask that everyone please be patient with us as we navigate through this. We have allot of catching up to do and will do our best to get everyone done is a safe and timely matter. We will be posting information on our new guidelines as soon as the government releases that to us. We look forward to seeing you all soon If you know of anyone who is a part of our salon family that does not have access to the internet we ask you to please pass our message on. It just came to my attention that our computer is still sending out appointment reminders. There is no way for me to stop that from happening without deleting the appointments which I dont want to do because I would like to have those people have first choice for appointment times when we can return I'm asking at this time if everyone could spread the word that we are still closed and will be until we are legally allowed to return. The day has come that Trinity and I have been so distraught and contemplative over. Due to the high risk factors of our business, it has been greatly advised that we shut down for the time being. It is and always has been our first priority to ensure our guests’ safety and health remain an important factor through this crisis. With heavy deliberation, and heavy hearts we will close. We understand that there will be many concerns with wedding trials, pre-booked appointments an...d we will do our best to manage that. We will be in touch with anyone that has upcoming appointments.
