Over 70 year old Scarborough home basement redesign and reno project! One of the challenges of an old home is that they have super low ceilings in the basement and basement and the majority of the home owners now use it for storage purposes only. This project requires us to to rearrange the HVAC, water piping in order to create a higher ceiling to make the space more issuable! Client wishes to have a condo-style design with a bit of cottage feel, clean look with lots of st...orage, calm but with some fun. Size : 900~1000sqft Collaboration with Paul S. Teachers Lounge/ Cooking Classroom + School Variety Store Design Project. We want to thank Royal Crown Academic School for giving us the wonderful opportunity to help them enhance their student & teacher experience. For this particular project, Bentoreno was assigned to take on 2 very important spaces. 1) The Teachers lounge that doubles as a cooking class ( draped in all the school colours ) & 2) The in-school Variety store ( that is designed to be all self-served & automa...ted! ) We had a blast working with the owners, and plan to showcase more Academic design work in the very near future! One of our latest commercial project is none other than BOAT. An amazing Thai restaurant that focuses on serving great food with a great vibe in an comfy, cozy and stylish environment! Our design [ BENTORENO + CZC BUILDING CONSULTATIONS ] [ Art by Dan Wu. ] and reno team [ MBV ] had a blast working on this amazing restaurant! The concept was to create a street feel restaurant that is chic and charming at the same time. We envision this to be an amazing hot spot for family a...nd friends to enjoy late into the evenings! We really hope people will get to enjoy the space, while enjoying a bowl of their awesome signature boat noodles! ENJOY! BOAT: King of Thai Noodles is located in the heart of Toronto Downtown @ 770 Bay st. right at the intersection of College & Bay! We recently had the pleasure to work on an awesome condo project in downtown Toronto. A condo with an amazing view of the city needs an amazing interior to match! We were very grateful to be able to provide our design & cabinetry services for this project. Beauty and organization is what the client demands and with a limited amount of space, we had to come up with a design and storage solution that will answer to that perfectly. With an amazing city view and a huge balcony, we were able to help enhance the space by designing a very cozy space that is perfect for the late evening get togethers with friends and love ones.
