This weekend’s takeout feature: As an ode to the OG Pizza of Hamilton, the iconic @romabakeryca . Inspired by their saucey masterpiece we created a Meatball Dip Tender beef + basil meatballs, roasted before slowly braising in rich tomato/beef sauce. Topped with gooey provolone & lots of basil.
