This is true for many of our clients coming into our program, but, this can change. You can enjoy the foods you love without binging on them. ... We are all human, so let’s be clear, we all slip up sometimes and eat a few too many cookies , but always restricting yourself because you’re afraid you’ll loose control is not a way to live. Instead of complete deprivation, think: >>Making a mindset shift around food. Food is nourishment + pleasure, but it doesn’t have to be my only source of nourishment and pleasure. >>making sure that you eat balanced meals through the day. If you’re actually hungry you’re much more likely to binge. >>Incorporating mindful eating practices like eating slower so you enjoy your food more. Have a great weekend

I gave up coffee about 3 years ago ...and yes it was hard, but not nearly as hard as dealing with jitters, anxiety and stinky sweat. Anyone else Matcha made it doable to give up coffee and it’s my favourite morning drink. Yes it has caffeine, but less than coffee and it won’t give you all the crappy side effects that coffee does. (If you had them like me) ... Instead of jitters it has a calming effect Not taxing on your adrenals and hormones Not acidic Full of antioxidants, amino acids and chlorophyll One thing people are often confused about is the difference between culinarily, ceremonial and first harvest matcha. The main difference is the taste and nutrient levels. 5 MINUTE AB WORKOUTSTABILITY BALL EXERCISES FOR STRONGER ABS . . Strong Core + Flat Stomach .... . The reason why we love the stability ball so much is because it challenges your balance, your stability and your core control. If you have a stability ball at home but don’t know what to do with it, follow our stability ball exercises posted on our @bestbodybootcamp social media channels. . . HOW TO: For this stability ball exercise: Come into a plank position or push up position on the ball. Roll out on your stomach and walk your hands out so they are further away from the ball. Your abs should start feeling tight. Keep your body stable, as you crunch from one side of your body to the other. A modified version of this would be an atomic crunch, where you take your knees towards your chest and roll back out. Keep your core tight, make sure you aren’t arching your back. Squeeze your abs! Keep this motion going. Take your time. Keep a nice tight squeeze in your core. . . Do what you can. Challenge yourself beyond your limits. For beginners, try 5-8 reps on each side. . . These stability ball exercises are guaranteed to make you feel the burn. Remember, these are challenging moves to work your abs using an exercise ball. Concentrate on your form first. . . PLANK WALKOUTS . . With many people sitting at home, spending long hours in front of the TV or computer, they can develop weak abdominals and obliques. .... . At @bestbodybootcamp we’re sharing at home gym exercises to strengthen your core, including plank walkouts. . . How to perform a plank walk out: 1 Stand straight/upright, keep your core tight and shoulders back, like our @bestbodybootcamp trainer @karstendickie 2 Walk your hands out to a push up position. Your body should be in a straight line, from your head to your ankles. 3 Brace your core. Contract your abs. 4 Slowly walk your hands forward. Watch your hips, make sure they do not sag. 5 When you reach your farthest point of the walk out, without breaking your form, walk your feet forward, until you are at starting position. . . @bestbodybootcamp fitness tip: Do 6-10 reps of these plank walkouts. Rest 60 seconds and repeat one to two times. . . Remember, no equipment is needed for this exercise. Just use your body weight. . .
