Take some deep breaths and allow those things you don't need anymore to fall off of you. Quit holding onto the pieces that don't fit you anymore. Let them fall off. Let them go. Calling all light workers, healers and believers in the power of prayer! I'm going to be doing a distance Reiki Energy Session each day at 4:20 pm Eastern time..., and would like to invite any and all to participate. To send Healing Reiki, Prayer other Healing Energy modalities, Love and Light to our dear Mother Earth, and all the inhabitants of this planet, human and otherwise, who need some healing and strength. Doctors, nurses, all hospital and lab workers, emergency workers, grocery store workers, food manufacturers, postal workers and couriers, ALL the brave people still out there working to keep this world going, risking their lives for the good of everyone (and I know I've missed many, but include them all in my heart). And all the people doing their best to contribute in whatever form they can from home, being responsible, and/or trying to stay afloat during these difficult times. ALL forms of energy and spiritual healing are welcome, not just Reiki! Prayers! We can all use whatever healing and good vibrations are out there, and God's help! It's all good! I think it's extremely important now to have set breaks and take time out to de-stress.
