Amazing spicy chicken legs !!!
Thank you all for the beautiful birthday wishes!!! I did had a chance this year to look after myself a bit more . I always had to work 3 jobs but because of the CORONA had to stop teaching That gave me lots of time and since May till now I transformed my body by losing 86lb (39kg ) I was 276lb (126kg ) and now I m 190lb(86kg) My blood pressure was 160 / 100 pre-diabetic and now is 120/80. Everything is reversed back to normal. I worked hard on developing a lifestyle which is going to be sustainable over long term.
Yes Beyondance does it again new moves you can use not just in dancing but in everyday life!!!
