You do NOT start a fitness journey for NO REASON It’s an #emotional thing... Generally when you start a fitness journey or a Transformation it’s generally because an incident, a situation, Insecurities, a realisation or fear of the future has come upon you.... Maybe you ignored your Health for such a long time that it took one incident, an emotional feeling inside of you to take action. Maybe you looked in the mirror and cried because you didn’t like the way you looked or somebody called you fat or too skinny. Maybe you try to put a pair of jeans on you haven’t worn for awhile & they ripped. Maybe you wanted to run around with your son & could only finished half a soccer game because you were so unfit. Maybe you’re sick & tired of waking up tired every single day & going to work feeling physically & mentally drained. What have YOU experienced in your life that has caused you to take action? Its time to start putting your health first & work second If you got sick or something happened to you tomorrow because You didn’t look after your health, you wouldn’t be able to work..right? So what’s the point in working all these long hours if in a blink of an eye something happens & your in hospital or bedridden for a few months?... Actually have a think about it now. Because you probably think what’s the point or I don’t have enough time And you don’t think about it until something happens. Generally we don’t take action until a circumstances or situation shakes us up & tells us it’s time to make a change. You ignore the signals and health issues until something big happens. Think about it right now. Are you putting work before your health? Before your physical, mental & emotional health? You can choose to be in defence mode & say Well Holly, some people don’t have a choice. Well I don’t believe in all excuses. You do have a choice to look after your health today. Even if it’s to start small. I’m not saying go to the gym & eat chicken & broccoli every day. I’m saying take 10-30 minutes a day to make a proper breakfast or go for a walk.
