Best Caramel Almond Kulfi (Ice Cream) You may be thinking I don't like caramel (I heard that from daughter, sister in law ). Believe me, this is not regular caramel (with crunch) ice cream. It is one of the best I have tried so far. It's creamy and most delicious ice cream. It reminded me of eating good quality kulfi at weddings in India. It was slightly dense and creamy. You need few ingredients which may be lying in your pantry/fridge, nothing fancy or you can't pronounce. No artificial colour or flavour. I was planning to make ice cream at home for quite some time. So just in time for summer, I decided to prepare this ice cream and see if I like it. I actually loved it!!! What type of pickles do you prepare? I absolutely enjoy making and eating pickles. I have grape wine in my backyard so try to use free grapes and made so many pickles and chutney. My most famous chana methi pickle (most searched recipe). We also get gunda (lasoda) during summer, so I have prepared it using my MIL’s recipe. I am biggest fan of Marvadi pickles, did that too. I make seasonal pickles like cranberry, carrot, jalapeno, etc. The best of all I make pickle masala (methi no masalo) at home, which I have posted video recipe. It take 7-8 minutes to make this masala at home.

Do you hate to recycle/reuse bottle with label? Welcome to my world. I could not handle bottle which has old label. I have to remove it before reusing...haha. I don't know why companies use such a hard glue which is impossible to remove? I figured out the way to easily clean it. Also, pickle season is around the corner. We need so many glass bottles to store different types of pickles. I reuse, recycle my pasta and other bigger bottles.
