It's time to talk LITHIUM Golf Cart batteries! Prices have started to come more in line with traditional Lead Acid batteries, but have an incredible range of benefits over them: 1. 300 lbs lighter- think of the less wear and tear on your cart! 2. 2 hour charge time 3. No Maintenance- ever.... forget filling water and cleaning cables! 4. At least 10 year life expectancy... 5. 5 year warranty 6. the smallest Lithium battery has a range of about 40 kms- that is at least double current Lead Acid setups 7. the larger Lithium batteries can take your cart up to 120 kms between charges 8. Lithium batteries only lose 3% of their charge a month, as compared to 33% for Lead Acid. Fantastic for those who own recreational properties and the carts may sit uncharged over winter.
