Wait, I thought the car was getting ready? Why are parts coming off?

Finally doing some work on this thing today. Summer is here, and I've been slacking...

Edit: Sold I think I've decided to put my E30 M3 shell up for sale. I have 3 other cars and a house reno on the go, and I can't see myself putting any time or money into this for at least another 5 years. A good number of you have been over and have seen the car, but for those who don't know, here are some details:... 1988 E30 M3 Texas car, with little rust and zero rot. Ground Control coilover setup - Koni Sports, GC Race plates Front/Rear, 440/650 spring rates, and optional perches welded on by GC (~$1800USD) (http://www.ground-control-store.com//descrip/II=754/CA=173 ) I have replaced any worn or broken parts of this kit from the accident, including the camber plate thrust bearings and the upper plate on the driver side. Diff was sold (S4.10 188mm, same as the optional S4.10 in the auto E30 325i/iS.) 99% of the interior should be there as well, black leather non heated M3 seats. Front are almost perfect, Stiching in the rear is coming apart at the seam in the middle like a lot of them do. Back story/The bad. Car was rolled by the PO coming off the Mackay bridge, which collapsed the roof forward of the B pillars. The PO sold the Engine, Trans, ECU to pay for the roof to be pulled out, and the doors now close as well as any other E30, and the windscreen fits as well. The front of the roof and the A pillars need a good body man to make them right, or they need to be replaced. Luckily, the roof is one of the few parts shared from the regular E30 coupes (aside from the windscreen bonding tab, which should be easy to replicate) Quarter panels were untouched, but the front fenders are buckled, but could be saved by a panel beater and minimal fill. I'm seeing rolling E30 M3 shells in the states for 10.5-15k, with significant rust and without the coilover kit, so I'm asking 6k OBO. If I keep coilovers/suspension/tires/brakes, I'm willing to knock 2k off the price. I have an S3.73 LSD that I could include for $300. Some old pictures until I have time to snap new ones:
