A truly great wine is a wine that points to the place from which it comes. Two recent wine arrivals here at Bishop’s Cellar are the Lavantureux Fourchaume Premier Cru and the Chablis Grand Cru Bougros. These wines really show the influence of terroir and how soil (depicted in this photo!), site, exposure, and a gentle touch in winemaking shines through in the final wine.
