Calling myself the office manager at Black Jax’s is just a husband and wife joke. . . All the work I do is behind the scene and I am never involved in schedulin...g or customer service. For the most part Steve is a one man show, he covers a huge area, and attends 12-15 calls per day, sometimes 6 days a week. For his own efficiency, he needs to talk to customers himself and not through me, the middle man. The BEST way to get in touch with him is by leaving a message at 250-932-9334. He works with his hands, texting and Facebook messages are challenging for him and will not result in a speedy reply. He always returns messages as soon as he can. See more
