Please be advised that on Monday, April 4, the City of Hamilton will be hosting a public meeting to discuss potential amendments to their Discharge of Firearms ...bylaw. The meeting will take place at the Murray Ferguson Community Room located at 300 Wilson Street East, Ancaster; the meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. We would appreciate and welcome any OFAH members, fellow hunters, recreational shooters, and/or trappers who would be able to attend the meeting to voice their opinion. If we do not show enough support or provide input, it could result in the loss of hunting, trapping, and recreational shooting opportunities. We have been informed that the proposed bylaw will be available for viewing at this meeting (copies will not be distributed). It is extremely important for all fellow hunters, trappers, and recreational shooters to attend this meeting.
