Today’s the day ... a message from Jess! We are all missing you a little more today but can’t wait to see you soon!

Dear Blood Sweat and Spin Participants and Supporters, Through collaboration with and the full support of London Health Sciences Foundation and The Factory, the Blood Sweat & Spin Committee has decided to postpone the upcoming event on March 28, 2020. We are saddened to have to postpone the event, but in light of the recent progression of COVID-19, it is in the best interests of our attendees, sponsors, donors, volunteers and event organizers. We will continue to monitor the ...situation as it unfolds in Canada and will determine the best date to re-schedule the event in the near future. We are committed to raising funds in support of blood cancer initiatives and will continue to encourage participants to fundraise and support this incredible cause. CONTEST ALERT The participant who raises the most money in the next few days (ending March 15th) will receive a $25 Chop Steakhouse AND a $25 Squire Pub & Grill. A minimum of $200 raised is required. Winner will be announced on Monday, March 15th.
