We have been getting asking a lot lately how often should I be coming in? Pretty straight forward question but unfortunately there isn’t a straight forward answer. Our office workers, tradesmen and seniors’ maintenance schedule are going to look very different from one another. And staying on top of tension and stress has a lot to do with what you’re doing in between treatments. Are you training regularly at the gym? Chasing kids all day? Doing regular yoga classes? Tha...t being said, the rule of thumb that we like to go by my is: Don’t be chasing pain. Start with weekly appointments until you have a noticeable decrease in discomfort. Once you see this, space appointments two weeks, then three, etc. But never space your appointments out far enough that you’re in pain waiting for your next treatment.
