NEW full body Pilates class is live on YouTube! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=jvevWFjVOAI This class uses glider discs, but if you don’t have them you can always use towels or just your socks on a hardwood or tile floor.... I am VERY open to feedback, so please let me know what you think and if there is something else you would like to see for the next video. To my clients: I have thought long and hard about this as I know how much exercise and especially group exercise means to me for both my physical and emotional well-being, but ultimately decided that the right decision is that studio will close for the next several weeks. I absolutely adore each and every one of my clients and want to help ensure that everyone stays safe and healthy. However, I still want to support you in any way I can and I will be filming some classes and posting them online so that you will have at home workouts to do. If you have anything you would specially like to see, or any types of classes (length, body part focus etc) please reach out! We are all in this together and even if we can’t gather in person, let’s support each other as much as possible from a far. Sending love. Xx

One of my current favourite ab sequences. The squishy ball adds instability and challenge for your abdominals, but it can be done without as well. Try it and let me know what you think!
