NEW HOURS! Temperatures are dropping and more games are hitting the table. We're open every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 1pm, and are taking new tables until 9pm. That means an earlier opening, and a later close: more time whether you are looking to eat, drink, and play here; or pick up food, bevies, or games to take home.

The butterfly has landed! We are so excited to have Mariposas gracing our shelves. This new game from Elizabeth Hargrave (who designed one of our all time favourites - #Wingspan) is all about the amazing, seemingly impossible multi-generational migration the monarch butterflies make every year. Swipe to see what's in the box! We haven't played it yet, and our library copy isn't quite ready. Pre-Order the newest expansion for Wingspan on-line now! Link in comments... Wingspan has been one of our most popular games, both for sale, and available to play in store! This newest expansion not only adds a bunch of Oceania birds, but brand new player boards, dice, and food tokens to match some of the new mechanics being introduced. Since this is a pre-order we don't yet have the copies in stock. They're due to arrive in late December (hopefully before Christmas but no promises). Our copies will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. When yours is here we will let you know and you can come on down to pick it up.

One of the toughest things to do as an entrepreneur is to give yourself permission to take some time off. This week that's exactly what we've decided to do, for a number of reasons. It's been a crazy and weird sort of summer. We're gonna pause to take a breath and enjoy the last few moments before it slips away into a crazy and weird sort of fall and then a crazy and weird sort of winter. We will be back on September 10th with lots of tasty foods, local bevies, and amazing ga...mes. This weekend we quietly and casually started seating tables indoors as well. Things are different than in the before times (see below) and we still don't have our full space open or our full game library available. Here's what were doing to make sure that your boardwalk experience is as great and safe as you all expect. 1. Masks are mandatory indoors whenever you are up from the table, and recommended if you are not eating or drinking while playing.... 2. Hand sanitizer is everywhere: on your table, at the front counter, at the entrance. There to keep hands clean. 3. Games are being pulled and quarantined for 72 hours after being played since we can't safely sanitize all the pieces and parts. 4. When looking for a game to play we ask you to practice hands-off browsing or ask our team to help recommend or grab the game you are looking for. 5. Menus, tables, and our payment terminal are being sanitized between uses. and all other commonly touched surfaces are being sanitized regularly. 6. We are taking down a name and phone number for each group in case required to support contact tracing. We've developed our processes and approaches with consultation advice from @ptbohealth - and are excited to welcome you back in to #ComePlayWithUs
