Gangsta music and push workouts . Here's the exercises I did plus some tips on how to execute effectively.. Ex 1) start in a military press position. internally rotate your wrist and perform an overhead fly movement. Make sure your hands are as wide as you can comfertably have them for max contraction. Ex 2) banded pushups. Make sure you hold the bands down with ur palm and not between your thumb and index finger bc if u hold it down that way you're going to have a bad time.... Ex 3) side db laterals. Hold at the top for 1-3 seconds for maximal pump. Ex 4 and 5) same workout at diff angles here. I did a variation of an underhand fly. Externally rotate your wrists on this exercise and bring them together once u reach chest level. Hold for 1-2 seconds. Ex 6) close grip tricep presses. I recommend having the bar just underneath your elbow on these for maximal comfort. Ex 7) single arm pushdown with the heavier band. Hit your hams with bands. All you need is a pole, a bench and a couple pairs of bands. My workout today was very some as it always is. 12 sets of banded hamstring curls. Each set superset with dumbell stiff leg deadlifts. AND, on ever other set I added dumbell conventional deadlifts (which you can also do with bands). Ass and hams were on fire after I was done. Make sure you have a slow and controlled tempo for maximum muscle contraction and if you feel as if you need more ...Resistance just keep adding bands. Getting in shape and staying in shape at this time is so simple that you have no excuse not to. 10 rounds of TITS Chest workout example. If you have access to some dumbells and some bands, here's an awsome chest workout the burns like a bishh. Get yourself some strong bands from rogue fitness. I've had these for 5 years and me and my gym partner back in the day used to abuse these. They provide great resistance. Giant set... 10 sets total 10-25 reps per set 45 second rest between exercises. 1) banded flies 2) banded db press 3) close grip push ups ** Make sure your bands are at a point underneath you that dosnt create discomfort. Haven't posted a workout vid In a minute. Just wanted to show an extremely efficient way to hit a preacher curl. If you have a machine like this in your gym, UTILIZE IT. For biceps, I found that training EXTREMELY slow and controlled, generating as much time under tension as possible helps you move leaps and bounds in your arm development. Stop lugging around dumbells and using your front delts and backs to move the weight, and start to control the movement! Here's a pullover variation you could do for some extra lat isolation. You'll need a single "cable crossover" handle for this exercise. Get into position by sticking your chest up and your ass out, and hold at the bottom of every rep for 1-2 seconds. A key to this exercise is trying to drive the weight through your elbows and then supinating your wrists at the bottom (thumbs pointed towards belly button) I super setted 3 sets of each arm with facepulls.
