Goodmorning BFBootcampers :) BodyFit Bootcamp tip of the Day! Don't stop at the end of your reps, if you have not reached failure. In order to optimize muscle growth you must push past your limits. Start off with a few low intensity sets to stimulate your muscle fibers, and finish with a couple of sets that push past failure. This means that when you are ready to drop the weights try and push out a few more reps these reps are CRUCIAL to muscle development and FAT LOSS! We m...ust tear down our muscle fibers in order to grow them back stronger. This will also increase the metabolism for up to 48 HOURS post workout! Have a fit & healthy day... and push those reps out! *****Also, a few more spots available for ONLINE TRAINING and nutrition :) inbox is now to reserve your spot!*******

BodyFit Tip of The Day! Make sure to make time for rest and recovery, whether it is passive or active rest. In order for the body to progress, it needs to rest & repair from cardio and weightlifting. Take AT LEAST 1 day off a week for recovery and make sure you are getting the appropriate amount of sleep! Skipping rest days will actually take you 2 steps back rather then 1 step forward in progression as the body does not have the time to rebound from training! Yoga can be a great way to enjoy an active rest day :)
