Based on Bodynamic analysis, a large study of over 14.000 participants, where a lot of knowledge about our body was gathered and structured in order to better understand and help others. It is a study that combined the child physical and psychological development, with all the issues that comes along. In grownup age we see the difference in bodies and in Bodynamic we can categorise how it is related to specific themes in peoples lives. This is based on the Under and/or overte...ntion in the muscles. Again, we remind you that this is measurable and Is based on large study. In Bodynamic there are different character structures, in a way you could say: personality traits that belong to specific theme or age group. And in this video Ditte Marcher, one of our amazing senior teachers, as well as daughter of the founder of Bodynamic, Lisbeth Marcher is explaining an interesting peace about one of those character structures, that happens from age of 8 months until a child is 2,5 years. In this period a child is developing his/her sense of energetical boundaries, their curiosity and start sensing and following their impulses. This an age that has also visible physical characteristics. So, in a way, you can see on a grown up, those characteristics and connect them with the psychological themes.
